Next, schedule your case assessment.
During your Case Assessment, you discuss your matter in detail with the attorney. These typically last 60-90 minutes, and are held by Zoom or in-person at our Rockville, MD office. The attorney will explain your possible options and potential next steps for resolution.
The fee for a Case Assessment is $275.00 and, after scheduling, you will be directed to make payment online through our secure payment system.
Then, proceed with retaining legal representation by KGH Family Law.
We will review with you the terms of our representation, including fees and retainer, and answer any of your questions regarding this relationship. You will receive access to our Client Portal and a plan for proceeding with you matter.
